Creativity After Burnout

Make it stand out

Reconnecting to your voice and creative flow when the spark feels distant.

If burnout, grief, perfectionism, or life’s chaos has disrupted your creative practice, this space is for you. Join MaryEllen Giombetti of Empowered by Meg for Creativity After Burnout, as we explore what it looks like to return to creative expression after a season of depletion — whether that’s from caregiving, chronic stress, work, or emotional overwhelm.

This workshop blends reflection, mindset tools, and gentle writing prompts to help you rediscover what inspires you and how to move forward with softness and curiosity — no pressure to perform or produce.

You don’t need to be “back to yourself” to begin again. This is a space for healing creatives, hopeful re-starters, and anyone ready to feel creative again — in any form.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A new understanding of burnout’s impact on creativity

  • Practices to rebuild confidence and creative self-trust

  • Tools to create with your current energy (not in spite of it)

  • Permission to start small and keep going
