Celebrate the season with clay in this fun, beginner-friendly pottery workshop with Mary Habib of Meraki designed! Participants will create their own handbuilt ceramic pumpkin using simple clay-building techniques, then personalize it with texture, carving, leaves, vines, and other decorative details.

While working on their pumpkins, participants will also rotate through a Mini Pottery Wheel Experience, where they’ll get the chance to take a spin on a mini wheel and experiment with throwing a tiny vessel.

No previous pottery experience is necessary. All clay, tools, decorating materials, and firing of the ceramic pumpkin are included. Finished pumpkins will remain with the instructor to be professionally fired and will be available for pickup at a later date.
