Illuminate: A Summer Solstice Ceramic Workshop

Join Meraki Designed for a special summer solstice workshop where we’ll celebrate the longest day of the year by creating hand-built ceramic lanterns—symbols of warmth, clarity and inner glow.

In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn how to shape and carve your own ceramic lantern using slab-building or pinch pot techniques. We’ll play with organic forms, add delicate cut-outs to let the light shine through and create a piece that feels both functional and deeply personal.

As we build, we’ll take time to reflect on the energy of the solstice—this moment of peak light and growth. You’ll leave with more than just a lantern; you’ll carry the energy of intention, creativity and renewal into the season ahead.

Limited spots available—this intimate gathering is designed to be cozy and intentional.
