With nearly two decades of experience spanning startups, growing businesses, and large organizations, Lauren brings both executive-level strategy and hands-on execution to help businesses move forward with confidence.

Having grown up witnessing the realities of small business ownership firsthand through her mom’s business, Lauren understands the dedication, pressure, and constant balancing act that comes with building something from the ground up. That lived experience, combined with her professional expertise, fuels her passion for helping business owners simplify operations, strengthen systems, and reduce the friction that slows growth.

Through Brightlight Business Co., Lauren provides executive-level support for small business owners who need things done — but may not have the time, internal resources, or expertise to do it efficiently in-house. From operations and systems to marketing and decision making, she helps identify what’s not working, streamline how the business runs, and execute the work that creates real progress and clearer direction.
