Author Event: Jean Robison’s Memoir, Deer, Dragonfly and Cardinal

Join us for a special Author Event featuring local author and writer of memoir, fiction and poetry, Jean Robison. Her recent memoir, Deer, Dragonfly, and Cardinal: The Story of a Boy and the Mother who is Always Looking for Him, was published by Barnes & Noble in January of this year.

About Jean:

  • Educator with a Masters in English

  • Skilled and passionate Creative Writing Teacher

  • Interested in working on writing projects

  • Recently started a Newsletter - available for subscription with email

  • Has given an Author Talk and taught Creative Writing at Soul Spirit Studio in Holliston

  • Taught a poetry class at the Authors and Writers Meet up at Bird & Bear

  • Selected to participate in the Local Author Expo at the Holliston Library in November

Her article, "Walking the Path of Grief", appears in The Compassionate Friends magazine, We Need Not Walk Alone and describes how yoga has helped her in the healing process.
