Introducing ZoLoveli Designs

We are welcoming Rachel Morgenstern of ZoLoveli Designs to the Bird & Bear this season!

Inspired by her children, travel, and the beauty of nature, she creates unique jewelry from wood and cork elements. Each piece is lightweight, sustainable, and designed to bring a bit of the natural world into everyday life.

Featuring Rachel and her small business is a beautiful full circle moment for the Bird & Bear and our friendship too.

We met each other when our girls were in pre-school, in the waiting room of the local gymnastics studio. These same little girls are now sophomores in college and studying abroad in Ireland and Spain! {We miss you Ella & Lila!}

Throughout the years Rachel and I have been a part of a cherished “Bookworm” Book Club, consisting of 13 women who have journeyed through life to together for the past 15+ years. We read books (sometimes), but mostly we have loved and cared for each other and our families in endless ways.

I will always remember the first time I shared with these friends the idea of the Bird & Bear. We were a few glasses of wine in on a girls’ weekend and I told them I wanted to start something … that it would be a “cart”, that I would roll out of the barn, and would feature a curated collection of gifts and locally made products.

Well that “cart” eventually became the “collective”! It is with great joy that it now gets to feature the locally made products of a longtime mom friend, fellow Bookworm, and new member of The Bird & Bear Collective.

I can’t wait for you to meet Rachel. She is thoughtful and intentional in everything she does. Her passion and pursuit of creativity is inspiring. Her pieces are unique, natural and so so fun.
