About the Event
I am a skilled and sought after clinical social worker. I have my masters degree in social work and have been working with children, adolescents and families for over 15 years. One of my favorite parts of this work is forming supportive, helpful relationships with clients as we navigate life challenges and transitions together. I have an eclectic approach to treatment, meaning that I believe there is no one way to heal and grow. I enjoy sharing ideas and resources with clients. This can include traditional talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), working with family members, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, Reiki healing, collaborating with other professionals to support clients in their care - and so much more!
While the populations I’ve served have varied, my current focus is supporting expecting and new parents in the perinatal period, as well as adolescents, college-age adults, parents and grief and loss support.
I identify as a cis, white, heterosexual female and use she/her pronouns. I am an aspiring gardener and am a 20-year Survivor fan. I live in the Boston suburbs with my husband, 2 children and pup.
